
I’m not a huge sweets person, but one thing I can NEVER say no to is ice cream. A yummy, fruity, delicious ice cream cone- just ask my hubby! So when I found this recipe for a homemade raspberry lemon frozen yogurt I knew I had to try it.
This delicious dessert is a great sweet but tart and tangy end to a delicious spring or summer meal. And the best part about it? Using just 5 healthy ingredients, this frozen yogurt comes together in just a few minutes and won’t leave you feeling guilty at all!

HEALTHY RASPBERRY LEMON FROZEN YOGURT
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (if you can’t stand that much plain yogurt, you could split it up half vanilla/half plain)
- 12 oz. frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 3 Tbs honey
PREPARATION:
- In a blender or food processor, add yogurt, raspberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
- Blend/Puree until smooth
- Serve immediately. Or if you prefer a more solid consistency, store in an airtight container for 1-2 hours, then serve!
